What feelings do you want your customer to walk away with?

Start there.

Make it stand out.

James Brown told Bootsy Collins to begin, "On the one!" Don't make the crowd wait for your best–give them everything on the first note. Reach out and grab them by the chest and take them with you.

Overdeliver, overdeliver, overdeliver

To create compelling experiences you must first understand the audience's needs, their challenges, and their hopes, then give them more than they expected. My education, career, and life experiences have led me to this realization–to trust in the sudden inspiration that comes from years of experience and hard work. Make it meaningful, make it memorable but make it look easy.

I am a lifelong designer and inventor, obsessed with my craft and elevating others, whether they be users, teammates, or clients. I pride myself on being an inspired innovator and team lead that pushed people to look beyond their expectations. My objectives have always been the same, to create work that is meaningful, inspirational, and reliable.

I revel in the creative process, and my passion for the work and the people enables me to deliver great work across a variety of media. I'm currently seeking media and press opportunities in innovation, design, and the creative process and roles similar to ECD, Chief Creative Officer, and Rainmaker. I love inspiring every type of team or audience and love to learn people's stories for my own upcoming podcast.

Shock the system

when I finally got the chance to see the world, I went as far as I could go. I lived and worked in Hong Kong for three years. I tried as hard as I could to be a pilgrim and not a tourist. I did not impose my culture on others and tried to experience everything with an open mind. It helped me be a more empathetic designer.
